Creating the blow out effect was kinda hard for me i messed around alout with shutter speed and iso . The higher the iso the more it blew it out which made it kind of difficukt because i didnt kno that before. Panning captures the fast moving objects and helps it stand out. panning you have to move at the same rate as the person thats moving in order to capture them.
